  Common identifying data: 
If users/visitors, by connecting to this website, send their personal data to access certain services, or to make requests via email, this entails Fratello records srls's acquisition of the sender's address and/or other personal data that will be processed solely to respond to the request, or to provide the service. The personal data provided by users/visitors will be communicated to third parties only if communication is necessary to fulfill the requests of the users/visitors themselves.

  Technical browsing data: 
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data that is then implicitly transmitted through the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. DURATION OF TREATMENT AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
IThe Data Controller, as provided for in Article 5.1(e) of the GDPR, will process the data provided for the entire duration of the requested services and will retain them for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected, and in compliance with the current legal provisions.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Fratello Records S.r.l.s. guarantees the user the right to exercise at any time the rights provided for in Article 12 of the GDPR. In particular, you have the right:
- to know whether the Controller holds and/or processes personal data concerning you and to access it in full, also obtaining a copy (Art. 15 Right of Access),

- to request and receive all your personal data processed by the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request transmission to another controller without hindrance (Art. 20, Right to Data Portability);
- to object in whole or in part to processing of data for direct marketing purposes and market research (so-called Consent) (Art. 21 Right to Object);
- to object in whole or in part to processing of data by automated means or profiling (so-called Consent).
